VBSEO and VSA Advanced Forum Statistics Latest Threads issue

I'm running VB402PL4. I use this addon, VSA Advanced Forum Statistics to display the latest active threads. It works fine when Vbseo is not active.

But when I enable Vbseo (vBSEO 3.5.0 RC2), the Latest Threads don't work anymore.

    vBSEO converts:

    showthread.php?1094&goto=newpost#post9784

    to:

    showthread.php?1094=&goto=newpost#post9784

I don't know why extra '=' is added, but it's done AFTER Adv. Stats links are generated.
So this is something which can not be fixed in VSa - Advanced Forum Statistics.

See the related thread: vBulletin.org Forum - View Single Post - VSa - Advanced Forum Statistics (AJAX)

So, I hope it doesn't become a classic ping pong case, of one developper bouncing the ball to the other developper.

I was just going to post about this (albeit on 4.0.3 and 3.5 RC3), what was the outcome please? The developer over and vbulletin.org said he thought it was a vbseo issue, but I'd just love to see it fixed as it's a really useful addition to our forums.

It was definitely working on the older versions with VBSEO.

Edit: I just read your reply, so the ball is in his court now then Brian?

Looks like it. The template code is correct, but Somehow the mod is invoking the vb4 default rewrite engine or something which causes the url to be changed to a format that vbseo cannot read.

Just set it so that it takes people to the last post in the thread, that's the only workaround that I know of.
