vBSEO with vBulletin 4.2.0 and iPad users

I don't have (or want) an iPad but I have a user who can use all features on a laptop but when using her iPad reports that she gets an error (vague - all it says is "An error has occurred") when she tries to click the like button (vBSEO) or add a smiley.

Any ideas what might be causing this? When she uses the iPad she is using the full forum style, not the vBulletin mobile style.

As I said above, the member is using iPad with the full forum style. How is tapatalk going to help?

Because it is far better than using the full forum style on an iPad, the difference is staggering.

As for if the member definitely does want to use the full forum style, then I cannot help you on the issue you are having.

But since we added it (and forum runner) the amount of people actually using it is tremendous. And at end of the day, its all about getting people onto your site. Not sure of your stats etc but mobile viewing on ours, is growing monthly, probably about a third of our visits are now from mobile devices etc therefore using Tapatalk / Forum runner is a no brainer for us.

I haven't got an iPad to try and help you pinpoint the issues, if I had I would have a go. Hopefully someone else can give you some pointers.
