vBSEO incompatible with latest Mac OS X intel IonCube loaders

I'm not sure if this is a vBSEO problem or an IonCube problem, but I thought I'd post it here anyway since it affects vBSEO in a very bad way.

Yesterday I updated vBulletin to 3.6.0 and at the same time I also updated the ioncube loaders to the latest version from here (OS X i386 released June 20th). What happened was that after updating the loaders, when the webserver was restarted all forum pages (even the admincp) went blank. This was before updating vBSEO to 3.0.0 - in order to turn off vBSEO I had to edit the VB config file turining off all plugins. I then proceeded to update vBSEO to v.3 (this was before I was aware that the ioncube loaders were causing the troubles, I thought it was an incompatibility between vBSEO 2.4 and vB 3.6), but it didn't help and I couldn't complete the update because the vbsecp was inaccesible.

Finally I decided to downgrade the ioncube loaders to the older version, dated may 29, 2006 and that did the trick. Everything worked again, and I could complete the update of vBSEO. (The new version rocks!, btw )

Anyhow, I thought you'd liek to know

vbseo 2.4 is not the recommended release for vb3.6.0. Consider upgrading to the latest "stable" build, vbseo 3.0.0 RC3
Many of us are using it with out any issues on live sites.

I know, and I have upgraded to 3.0.0 RC3, and it's great! (The speed of my forum has increased significantly and I'm really looking forward to using the pingback function amongst other things)
