What's happening is the vbseocp screen is being stretched out very very wide. Sorry if I wasn't clear. It's not a bug per say because it doesn't affect vbulletin in any way. It just makes using the vbseocp very annoying. Have you tried (with IE) entering a very long string in the first and second <!--VBSEO_RR_1--> field?

Mm.. could you please post a screenshot to be sure?
I've entered the 5000 characters long strings in every RR input field, saved the settings and interface is looking the same as before in IE and FF for me.
