Hi
This happened several times the last days.
Sometimes the vBSEO forum switches it's text direction to "right to left"
.
This only takes a few seconds.
Is it you playing with the setting or is it a general problem somehow?

People have reported this on my forum also. But mine is all messed up at the moment.
It may be best to not listen to anything I say for advice. :spin:
Firefox 2.0.0.5
So, no plugins/extensions? Just vanilla Firefox?
I can't understand why it might do that.. does it occur if browsing with IE?

I have a lot of extensions but I am on several vBulletin forums all the time, and this forum is the first I encountered the problem, and that several times in a row.
That does point more to a problem on your end then on mine
I do not use IE
That would also not help because the bug is not predictable, it sometimes occurs but there is no real pattern.

Does it happen consistently for certain URLs?

I have seen it in a thread, clicked on the main forum page and there it was too.
After reload it was gone.
There is no consistency what so ever in this, at least none that I see.
It looks like someone is switching the right to left option on in the vBSettings and off after a few seconds.

Ok, it happened again exactly 01:41pm German time and I made a screenshot.
I was writing a post on digitalpoint, posted a link to my case study here and after posting I clicked the link.
I think maybe it happens when a new linkback is first time clicked and processed here on the forum? Just a theory
Screenshot is attached
Could you please save a copy of the page (html) in case if that will happen again?

Ok, will do
Ok, it is reproducable.
If I add a link in another forum to a thread here in the forum and click the link the first time, the whole page is from right to left.
It seems to have something to do with the linkback features I think
I have attached the html of the wrong page.
Where do you post the link to vbseo.com as an example? (so that I can test it)
Thank you for your help!

vBSEO - an independent case study
It is only when a link is posted and visited the first time.
The second time the forum looks normal
Can you consistently reproduce it by creating new links?
I've tried to post links on external sites to different threads on vbseo.com, but it still works correctly when I click them.
