vBSEO 3.2 RC4 Last post Bug on stickies.

pretty sure it's vbseo, but I did just install vbulletin 3.7 too. If I disable vbseo though it works correctly.

It's kind of weird. If I go to New Posts, and there are stickies in the results, then with some stickies clicking on the last post arrow will take you to the last post as expected, on others though it will take you to the first post of the stickied thread.

I think all of the stickied threads I tested were multipage threads. On some the url rewrites got that, on some it's seems like it was passing the page number to the rewrite.

    Here's an example.

I go to New Posts and there is a sticky called "Music Man Serial Number Database"

The thread has 2,470 replies, so obviously a multipaged thread.

The last link url it shows is
    Code:
    http://www.ernieball.com/forums/music-man-basses/1254-music-man-serial-number-database.html#post506945
but I think the link should be.

    Code:
    http://www.ernieball.com/forums/music-man-basses/1254-music-man-serial-number-database-165.html#post506945
    but it's not.

Like I said though some stickies have their urls correctly rewritten in the New Posts list.

I don't know if it does the same thing on forumhome too. Haven't seen one of the affected stickies show up on the frontpage yet.

    Did that, no change.

Now that I think about it, something like this has happened before when i moved some users into coventry.

I did just delete some users the other day. I know it said if the user has posts those will be set to Guest. I bet that has something to do with it. Probably not related specifically to stickies, but they are more likely to contain posts of deleted users.

    Any other suggestions?

Not related to the New Posts search either. If you go to the below link you can see it doing this on "Music Man Serial Number Database", "Official Ball Family Reserve Picture Thread" and "Picture Gallery" threads

    Code:
    http://www.ernieball.com/forums/music-man-basses/

I get this bug on my forum too... but it's only on very large threads... with lots of pages.

Yeah, turns out it was really big threads, just most noticeable on stickies, since they stay at the top of the list.

Oleg just sent me to the post with instructions on how to fix it.

Before I did that though I did upgrade from RC4 to RC5
