vB 4.20 bug with post-level social bookmarking

vBulletin 4.20 Suite.
Latest version of vBSEO.

If you enable Social Bookmarking for both threads and posts, posts end up with vertical scroll bars to accomodate the dropdown for "Share".

I can reproduce the issue when "Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template" setting in vBulletin settings is set to 'No'.

Do you use postbit_legacy template?

No. Using the horizontal post bit, not the legacy postbit.

You can try adding following to fix the issue on additional.css temporary

.postbit .vbseo_share_body {
bottom: 0;
}

This worked on my other forum.

However, I've just installed vBSEO3.60 PL2 on a new installation of vBulletin 4.2.0 PL2 (I am the tech person for the new forum, not the owner). The scroll bars reappeared as they did on my own forum and this time your fix did not resolve the problem.

I know it is the Likes system because the scroll bars disappear when I turn it off and reappear again when I turn it on.

Never mind. I needed to add it to additional.css in the custom child style and not just to the parent vBulletin default style. It's working.

Leaving this here rather than deleting the post in case someone else encounters the issue.

It's a super easy fix. Just copy and paste those three lines to the top of additional.css.

I understand that, but for $150 it shouldn't be up to the customers to fix "such an easy fix".
That's what the development team is for, that is what you pay for.

Brandon , please keep in mind , having a vBSEO license doesn't grant you full access to our site. If you try to continue your attitude like this , we will have to remove your posting rights so that we can keep our boards out of your and Joe's effect.
