There is a problem with using links to external sites in the navbar template as a menu. The statusbar shows '#' instead of the normal URL when hovered over the menu link.
When vbseo is disabled the problem is gone, so i'm pretty sure it's a bug.

There is a problem with using links to external sites in the navbar template as a menu. The statusbar shows '#' instead of the normal URL when hovered over the menu link.

please try it with "Tracking external links" option disabled in vbseocp.
