vBulletin 3.x two forums crossing wires?

I have 2 licensed forums (3.82) with vbseo (3.3.0) sharing one web server and one sql database server.

For some odd reason, when someone makes a post with a url link, that has no title on the page, it makes a title from the opposite forum.

example.

i am on "site one" posting a url link, the url will show up "site two" instead.

somehow the two forums are crossed?

how can this be?

is this a vbulletin issue or vbseo issue?

someone please help me figure this out.

Hello,

If you're using xcache or any other storage, make sure you have altered the vbseo_storage var to be unique on both instances.

my systems administrator says we are not using xcache or eccelerator.

we did have one of them installed at one point, but then he removed it for some reason.

my systems administrator says he thinks it could be a cookie issue, anyone?

check that your cookie vars are set to .yourdomain.com for each system
