I had huge amount of trackback abuse by spammers, who would put in lots of trackback links in posts.

That is all semi-ok, but this caused the database to go away due to time to connect to those TB servers, and give very weird VB db errors. It took me hours to figure this out.

My recommendation: Turn off trackback in VBSeo by default, or if you leave it on, do tell users that they need to increase database connect timeouts (which can only be done with dedec. servers), and they may be subject to TB abuse.

I am thinking there are scrapers looking for VBSeo installs, to come in and do TB spam. The spammers are coming from all over the place...
