If so, can you try Firefox to see if the same problem occurs?

As of yesterday, I had the same problem with IE7. It would just hang waiting for similar threads (the hourglass type horizontal scroller would show forever). It works fine in FF.
Hi Steve,
Do you still have the same problem in IE7? We need to determine if this happens all the time, or just periodically.
I just tried again (IE 7 on XP) still hangs with "We are searching for articles that may be related to your question. Please wait.."

Hello Steve, what exactly are you searching so I can test IE8 and FF3 on Vista.

I was submitting a new ticket, and it would hang every time in the phase where it would search for similar articles. Nothing fancy. Probably any subject and text would make it hang (as I tried multiple times, with different typing). No attachments, simple text input.
