It seems like the reason that this is happening is because of the name of your forums. Based on how you described it, their is one for sure fix, and maybe another depending on if one is a category or not. You can add the forumid into the URL, and that will avoid all conflict that way. Your second (that may or may not work depending on if they are both non-category forums) is you can setthe Direct Category Links option to yes.

where ti set direct catagory option to yes?
where i can find this option?

With how your forums are setup, you are going to need to do what you have done by adding the forumid into the URL. The other option would not work in your case. Having the forumid in your URL is ok for search engines.

    opps.
    bug is not solved yet.
and i came to know today after a long..really this is the biggest bug screwing me till now in my life. :(

as you told i had set [forum_title]-[forum_id]/ in forum path and in forum url.

so different forum with same name were getting opened. but 2nd,3rd,4th etc pages of all forums are messing up like previously. like 2nd page of one forum is redirecting to 2nd page of another forum with same name.

    e.g. www.domain.com/abc-40 2nd,3rd.. page link www.domain.com/abc/index2/3/4.html

    www.domain.com/abc-13 2nd,3rd.. page link www.domain.com/abc/index2/3/4.html

    so same link for pages....

for example i'm posting 2 link here
    http://www.medicalgeek.com/lecture-notes-201
    http://www.medicalgeek.com/lecture-notes-199

so many of my section are mesed up for last 2 months i think due to this..plz do something
open it and click on 2nd 3rd 4th page..you'll be redirected to different sections' subsection 2nd,3rd,4th pages.

You should update "Forum Pagination" URLs format in vBSEO CP as well, change it to:
    Code:
    [forum_title]-[forum_id]/[forum_page].html
