smilies bug arises again....

Hi, the smilies 'edit' bug was fixed in the last release, so thanks for that....

However, try and 'quote' a post with a smiley in, and the same error occurs..... when you are taken to the reply page and the quoted text is there for editing, the images are broken.

if you have a custom rewrite rule (CRR) assigned to a "reply with quote" page, you should modify it so that it doesn't contain subfolders structure (or disable it).
