Small issue with the support system

The problem is that while the user types in a reply for some issue, the user may be automatically disconnected due to lack of activity with the server. If that is happening, the user is loosing its input. Pressing the "back" button in the browser doesn't help either – most probably because the server is sending some "no-cache" headers.

If it wouldn't create any issues with your current setup, it would be nice to let the user recover the text be pressing the "back" button on his browser. Otherwise, you could warn the user that he may loose his text if the session expires.

This is not a big issue as it won't happen more than once with a user, but it is still annoying.
