rewriting links results in some cases in a never ending redirect for android users

our enviroment: vbulletin 4.1.3, running completly in UTF-8, vBSEO 3.6.0 Branding free


in the sidebar we offer the newest postings. clicking these links using a browser on android bases (smart)phones results in a never ending redirect if option
"deactivate urlencoding for URL´s" is YES and the link contains german umlauts like äüö.

as workaround we configured the option to NO. Would be nice if you can fix this.

Please create a support ticket with example urls , detailed instructions on how to reproduce the issue and supply login details so we can investigate this further.
