The Last Post Link option only removed usernames' links for me and the last post column option only removed the 'Last Post' title, not the column. I think it's because I have a customized style.

Do you mean that when you select "Remove columns" option in vBSEO CP, it removes username from it, but column itself is still displayed?

    Hi,
no no, remove column option works fine and remove column from both, default style and custom style, when select Remove Last Post Links for Guests Visitors it remove just links from usernames but usernames still shows, if you visit my forum home, see what I mean.

This is how it is designed - that feature removes "last post" link (little arrow image) and makes username non-linked to reduce the number of URLs on page.
