Relative URL in PM turns into wrong full URL

When you include relative url as a link, such as "profile.php" instead of http://community.com/profile.php, VBSEO adds http:// at the begining just like http://profile.php and it does not work.

Oops. It was even not working with VBSEO turned off.... It seems it's VB's bug...?
