Problem w/ RC3

All my member urls are rewritten to "members/.html" and that gives me a 404.

And instead of rewriting for the threads:

http://url/forums/staticurl.html

it writes this:

http://url/staticurl.html

I have tried using Rewritebase option as well.

I am running php 4.4.0, Mysql:4.1.13, Apache: 1.3.33 (Unix).

I am using the ioncube encoding of the software, as the Zend version will not work on my server (The Zend version will not work on my server for some reason, and yes, I do have Zend installed.)

And also, better to just put the suggestion here: Could we possible remove the copyright information from vBulletin redirect pages, I am very happy to have it in the footer, but it can be quite distracting on redirect pages.
