Problem with meta keywords/descroption and "quote marks"

I noticed that when the thread title includes double quotes, the (") marks aren't stripped in the dynamically modified meta keywords/description.

    Here's an example:

    http://www.bigblueball.com/forums/ge...snifs-sys.html

    Produces:

    HTML Code:
<meta name="keywords" content="error, tfsnifs, sys, error "tfsnifs.sys, IM, instant message, instant messaging, msn messenger, AOL, AIM, aol instant messenger, messaging, Yahoo Messenger, Trillian, ICQ, GAIM, webcam, discussion />

<meta name="description" content="I got an error message (whole screen went blue with yellow writing) that sed someting about an error with a file tfsnifs.sys. It said other stuff "tfsnifs.sys General Computer Help />

    Hello,

it will work correctly with vBSEO2.3.3 (you can check the source code of this page, for example, because this thread title contains double quotes )

    Thank you for reporting!
