Problem with CNPS integration

I've encoutered strange behaviour in a rare occasion when vbSEO is enabled.

When I delete a post then afterward I'm redirected to the forumdisplay with a link like this:
http://www.simmerspaintshop.com/foru...splay.php?f=19

Now, this works just fine for most forums on my site.
But in a forum with restricted access (moderators and admins only in my case), Then I get an error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: print_portal_output() in simmerspaintshop.com/httpdocs/forums/includes/functions.php on line 4867

The error is easily reproduced by opening the forumdisplay like above instead of the usual rewritten way. BTW: the link above wont work for people without proper rights.

This function has to do with the CMPS integration like described here: vBadvanced Forums
I tried to fix it by including the file needed with the require once statement. Even though that is allready done in global.php.
But still I get this error.

The error is gone when vbSEO is turned off. So, that makes me feel that vbSEO has to do with this.
