[Possible Bug] Activation-Links for newly registered Users !

    Ola Juan,

may be other webmasters are wondering too, why the heck a whole bunch of new people register but don´t acvtivate their accounts..

It´s easy : the activation-link in the activation-emails is broken and rewritten.

    With vBSEO activated:
    PHP Code:
    http://www.domain.tld/register.php?a=act&u=3537&i=46283522
    With vBSEO deactivated:
    PHP Code:
    http://www.domain.tld/register.php?a=act&u=3537&i=46283522
    it´s correct.

Until a fix is available I recommend to deactivate the activation-emails. Sure - a security issue I won´t feel comfortable with. But otherwise the people only get upset.

Guess I want to put this on the to-do-list at level "highurgent"

Could you please have a look into it asap, Juan ?

    Regards,
    Marv.
