Please help

I have vBSEO 3.5 RC2 and when I activate it the /forum is fine but its the public_html layout gets ruined. I thought it was a .htaccess error for sure but I've tried copying the .htaccess to the public_html folder but I still get an error.

Now I'm doing work for someone (I'm a tech admin on a few boards), and I'm aware I won't show up on the list for active licenses but I'll provide a url to the board that has the vBseo if you guys don't believe me.
