Overlooked in the vbseocp

For your Social Bookmarking, I think this was just overlooked since it's nothing that effects the way vbseo works.

Display Icons in Both, Threads and Posts
Select this option to display social bookmarking icons for both, threads and posts within threads. Note that thread bookmarking icons appear within the 'LinkBack' drop-down menu, while post bookmarking icons appear at the bottom-left corner of each post.
Display Icons in Both, Threads and Posts
Select this option to display social bookmark icons for threads and not for posts individually. Thread bookmarking icons will appear only within the 'LinkBack' drop-down menu.

The second one should just read "Threads and NOT Posts" or "Threads Only".
