For RC5, (think it goes back to RC4 as well) I have a couple pingbacks that were sent out last night. The links under 'posted by' have 'http://domain.com//t1234-title.html' Between the // should be the forum title.
The outgoing links before I installed RC4 and RC5 are correct.
