It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings.

I just updated to vbseo_3-6-0_rc1 and I now see this in my error_logs:

This is directly related with wrong PHP configuration. Php 5.3 series requires you to define timezone settings which seems to e emty on your case. Please correct that and restart apache.
