No meta name="description" in 3.6 Gold

after upgrading to 3.6 gold . there is no meta name="description" content .

this happens when "Enable UTF-8 support ?" is YES .

Iam using UTF-8 on my forum .. when I disable UTF-8 support "Acronym Expansion" not working with arabic words !

Is your database in full utf-8 as well?
