New Bug with archive or sitemap!

I found a new bug, I tried it on my live site and my 3.5 test forums = both same result

If you activate the plugin the /archive works fine and as it should per vbseo. If you disable the archive in the vbseocp, the archive does not even work, I get a 404 error

Activated via the plugin:

Just to add, if I activate the plugin on my test forums, it works just fine
