Nested comments break layout..

Not sure if this should be a bug or not, as it's not standard, but recomended behaviour.

I saw that someone from vbseo give advise to do this:

But in certain ie versions this breaks the layout, leaving a lonely --> tag wherever you use it.

I got around this by using this rather silly conditional.

<!--VBSEO_BOOKMARKS-->
</if>

So it wouldn't show the linkback/bookmark icons in postbit.

Hello Paul,

in the next vBSEO build there will be 2 separate options to display "bookmark thread" icons and "bookmark post" icons.

That would resolve this completely.
