Member profile, - and _ characters

When you want to view a member profile with a "-" (dash), it changes the url to a "_" (underscore).

Ex. Username: Dai-kun will leads to dai_kun.html which is another user with the username Dai_kun

However, if Dai_kun does not exist, then it shows the right profile. Can we fix this?
