Internal Server Error after upgrade to php5

After upgrading to PHP5, rewritten thread URLs produce an Internal Server Error. I have uploaded the default .htaccess within the latest release and this still produces the same error. I tried to submit a support ticket, but the screen hung on 'searching for a solution'.

If you can login to your vBSEO Cp , please first try taking a backup of your settings and then follow vBSEO upgrade instructions and re install vBSEO. If this will not wolve your problem please create a support ticket ( firefox , opera and safari work without a problem )

Forgive my ignorance, but how do I maintain a support ticket? I have created a support ticket, but can't seem to access this to update it!

I have now attempted to create 3 support tickets, but I am not sure whether any of these have 'worked'.

At present the only way people can gain access to my forums is by turning off vBSEO. Please can you check whether any support tickets have been submitted by me?

At present I have turned off vbseo and delete the .htaccess file.

When you first submit the support ticket , the system lists avaible knowledgebase articles . You should then re submit your ticket.
