The little icons in the control area of posts are always showing on the left ..

That's how vBulletin handles the display of posts in both RTL and LTR forums.

Or just tell me how to do that on my own, if possible.

You can configure vBSEO templates in your styles

There are eight templates, but none of them deals with the issue (I meant these: ).
