Group Message Title Bug

I have posted a group with a question mark in the title here:

Preparedness Homesteading and Survival Forum - test gru?

For some reason it is putting slashes around the question mark in the group title

Then I posted a message in the group called "test gru discussion?"

Which is being rewritten to an invalid URL: Preparedness Homesteading and Survival Forum - test gru?

When you click on the message it sends you back to the group...

I tried doing a character replacement of question marks with dashes but that did not work.

Is there some setting that I can change to fix this?

The url using id numbers instead of rewrites works I will create a support ticket
