This is probably related to some other hack you have installed. It doesn't do it on any of my current sites, but one of my old sites has the same issue and I haven't tracked down which hack it is yet. I'm leaning toward the one that send a PM to users when any of their posts/threads are edited/moved/etc.

I do not use any hacks ... So it is a vbseo related bug.

If you are sure you have no other "bitfield" files in your includes/xml directory, then please open a support ticket with FTP and AdminCP login details.
This issue hasn't come up with any other site that is running stock vBulletin. It has always been related to other hacks.

Then there's not much we can do to help, as it does not occur on any other stock vBulletin installation.
