Footer Bugs

Apparently the vBSEO Plugin (3.3.0 RC2) is bugging my footer really bad, when it's enabled it posts duplicate everything, analytics tracking code, sitemap links, vbseo copyright etc..

Then, I disable it in products and plugins and everything is perfectly fine.

Can someone help me resolve this bug?

in case if you have modified your includes/functions.php file with vBSEO code changes, you should revert that modification (since it's only required for vB3.0.x) - in this case vBSEO processes your pages twice.

Would you happen to have a list of the modifications I would have done?
