    file is corrupted.

    I submited a support ticket an hour ago with no repley. I'm getting the error

    Fatal error: This encoded file is corrupted. Please refer to FAQ / Support / Zend.com for further help in /home/drichard/public_html/vbseo.php on line 0

    My site is down due to this. Any help. Please

    Unfortunately i cannot check your support ticket. A vBSEO Total Support member will assist you ASAP. In the meantime please disable hooks from config.php , remove vBSEO files from your server including .htaccess and uninstall the product in order to get your site online.

    I don't feel I can do this correctly. Thats why I submitted a support ticket with all the access information.

    It's probably your FTP client.

    I'd suggest getting FileZilla or LeechFTP

    As those 2 programs I know for a fact has a FORCE check box of which transfer mode to use, regardless of the defaults.
