Error 406

Sometimes I get an error "406 Not Acceptable" (An appropriate representation of the requested resource /konkubinat/ could not be found on this server.).

It appears when I choose a special forum with the sign "&" and a German Umlaut (ä). Then some pictures like "iconimages/erotik-sexualitaet.gif" are not available. And if I choose then a link to another forum, the error 406 appears.

First I thought that the "&"-sign and the Umlaut were the problem. But then I created another forum with the same situation - and the problem does not appear.

Any ideas?
