About LinkBacksI had VBSEO 3.1 installed with Direct category links enabled in vbseo control panel and it worked great.
I just upgraded to 3.2RC5 and now my direct category links show up as.HTML Code:http://www.somesite.com/index.php#someurl.html
It does this in all templates.

check that you have index.php defined as "Homepage alias" in vBSEO CP.Oleg Ignatiuk / Crawlability Inc.

Yes I have index.php and index.php? both and the problem is still there.

Do you have "Domain root as homepage" option enabled? If yes, please open a support ticket with ftp/vbseocp access for troubleshooting.

Yes I have "Domain root as homepage" enabled in VBSEO CP. I have also submitted a support ticket.
