Custom Thread Rewrite with Upgrade

Each time I have upgraded, I have run into the same problem. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but after having the same thing happen several times, I have come to suspect this silly user isn't at fault.

It's a minor error, but odd. I have custom thread rewrite rules on (as well as a bunch of other places, but this is the only place to act funky). "[forum_title]/[thread_title]-([thread_id]).php" Each upgrade, this particular rule gets shortened to "[forum_title]/[thread_title]-([thread_id]", which makes for one VERY strange looking url. lol
