Bug? Replacing the 'META KEYWORDS' to Content (3.0.x )

Hello,

meta-keyword replacing to content (threadbit) doesn`t work with vB 3.0.x.
Indeed it works in the postbit, but replacing foreign-characters fails.

Example: Fantasy-Bücher (Fantasy-Books)

vBulletin 3.0.x :

threadbit: NOT listed

postbit: listed. --> Problem: foreign characters --> Example: Fantasy-Bücher --> Fantasy-B,cher

vBulletin 3.5.x:

threadbit: listed

postbit: listed. --> Problem: foreign characters --> Example: Fantasy-Bücher --> Fantasy-B,cher

We can't seem to reproduce this error. Could you explain further or pm me sample urls?

Have a look at the source code!

Normaly the forum-name ("Bug Reporting") should be added to your keywords.

--> Your Keywords:

<meta name="keywords" content="vbseo, vbulletin search engine optimization, search engine friendly forums, vbulletin seo" />

--> The Replacing Meta Keywords Functions (if working correct) should look like this:

<meta name="keywords" content="Bug Reporting vbseo, vbulletin search engine optimization, search engine friendly forums, vbulletin seo" />

But that doesn`t work with the 3.x-Versions.

In Version 3.5 the Forum-Keyword-Adding (Meta-Keywords) works fine - example:

http://www.nzboards.com/forums/welcome-room/

Look at the source code.

Foreign Characters doesn`t work with both vBulletin-Versions in postbit.
For example ä is replaced by , !

Buth there`s still another problem replacing foreign characters to meta-descriptions...Example:
