It was on the vB site... anyways c/p:
In the forum, links in the topic are converted to titles, but in the blog, they are not...
e.g. Here, links are converted to title: http://alternatifblog.com/forum/aksi...ran-karti.html
On the bLog here, not: http://alternatifblog.com/forum/blog...-baltas-11.htm

Links in blogs are correctly converted to titles for me in vBSEO 3.60 and 3.61
