Blog link issue.

Hi all, just installed vbseo and am amazed and how it ... just works!

However, I have noticed one issue with a custom function I wrote to simply parse the latest blogs.

It can be found right at the bottom of OSNN - Windows, Linux and Macintosh News right at the bottom and on the frontpage - for me, it works great.

When you visit the forums, again it works great, hit a forum category etc.

However for some threads (and I can't find a theme) it doesn't seem to produce a clickable link instead creating one like this:

http://www.osnn.net/blogs/%user_name%/-a.html

One such thread is this one:

Anyway, 3am here now (sleep time!) and one issue, was expecting many so ... wow

Ususally when you see link formation like that, it means an option is missing/not filled out.

Do you have any blanks in the blog area re-writes? (click the + sign under the preset drop down to expand the settings for the blogs (2nd drop down). Make sure all the blog options have a rule defined in them.

I hadn't modified any of those options but I took a look anyway, resaved them (without having to make any changes).

Sadly no change there, it is strange as it seems to work fine for the majority of pages/threads but not for some (always seems to be ones with multiple pages, but I still cannot find a link as for others it works fine)

Please open a trouble ticket with login details so a tech can take a look.

Ok will do, thanks for the help. i am sure it isn't a bug with the software just something I have overlooked.
