Bad URL for attachment in Blog post

Here at vbseo.com blogs, the attachment URI doesn't contain the actual 'username' of the blog author; instead it contains the placeholder/variable '%user_name%'. Only affects the attachments when they are opened in lightbox (or whatever its called).

However, if you open the attachment via right-click -> open in new window/tab;
it gets opened fine (as the URI 'in' the blog post is correct).

Is it really a bug, or the URI format in vbseo.com's config file got saved incorrectly ?
