Attachments in blogs

Please try tu upload a jpg or gif file or I think any file you try to upload, It won't work. They get uploaded, but you get a wrong URL to the attachment.

Here is an url example:
blogs/%user_name%/attachments/7d1196178330-%blog_title%-a

Its happening on my site and here too.

What is an example URL where the error appears here?
