3.5 beta 2 Bug in Thread Rewrite?

Here is my thread rewrite: f[forum_id]/[thread_title]-[thread_id]/

Yet some thread url is getting a "-a-" added before the thread_id. Sample URL's below:

http://www.kyrivalry.com/f2/win-2-000-a-667/
http://www.kyrivalry.com/f2/kentucky-wildcats-ranked-3-a-666/

This is not effecting all threads though. Any ideas?

This is normal case. This prevents a known bug for threads ending in numbers. without the a, the system may interpret the threadID as 000 or 3 in your 2 examples.
