3.0rcX not working with IIS (zend)

Following the upgrade instructions, I have tired RC1 and RC3. (vbulletin 3.5.4)

URLs are not rewritten on the pages themselves (the links shown are still vbulletin default links).

However, when clicking on the vbulletin default link I get redirected to the vbseo URL. vbseo is redirecting me to the wrong URL though...

For example, the URL should look like this:
    Code:
    http://www.friendcodes.com/forums/mario-kart-ds/
Instead the URL that I get redirected to contains my system path and looks like this:
    http://www.friendcodes.com/Inetpub/w...mario-kart-ds/

My rewrite rules are correct, because if I manually go to the correct URL (
    Code:
    http://www.friendcodes.com/forums/mario-kart-ds/
) it displays the correct page. Something is getting messed up on the plugin/php side, with the URLS not being rewrote and redirection adding the system path.

Everything worked fine on 2.4.5, no problems at all. I have went back to 2.4.5

I can't even imagine where it is getting the system path from, I do not have it set in my vbulletin config.php file.
