2.3.0 - Last Post / First New Post

This seems to be broken again.

This URL should take you to the last post of the thread, which is on Page 2. But it takes you to page one.

Also, both Last Post (right arrow icon after last poster name, link above) and First New Post link (down arrow icon) work if the post is on the first page. Doesn't go to latter pages though.

Can't you let us celebrate for 5 minutes? (kidding) - Looking into this..

Well, this is all I've found, and it's a biggie since my users use these links a lot. Need to get it corrected tonight or go back to 2.2.2 temporarily. I already praised the CPU-friendliness in the Announcement Discussion thread.

Interestingly, it seems to work here on vbSEO.com.

I don't have any CRR's defined. Anything else I can check? (My URL formats are different than yours, but they are selected from the Radio buttons and aren't customized.)

same problem here.

Sometimes (!) the "Go To Last Post" and "First New Post" links are not working.

Till present, unfortunately, I could not find out yet what could be the reason for this behavior.

It was working fine with 2.2.2.

Was yours broken with 2.2.2 also? If so, are you sure it wasn't due to vBulletin's Read Markers? (Info on that here: Forum Thread problem)

As someone noted in another thread, it won't let me get to any page other than the first page of a thread. Even when clicking the page numbers. Hadn't noticed that before.

hm... good question with the functionality of 2.2.2. I've made an upgrade from 2.2.1 to 2.3.0 directly...

I could ascertain the problem likewise with the version 2.2.1...

So that are no changes with this upgrade for this problem to me...

I've just made an downgrade to 2.2.2, this is working fine for me.

Also suffering same problem... about to downgrade.

A terrible bug... most of the threads on my forum are long... so this effectively has closed my forum.

yes you can downgrade to 2.2.2 for the moment as this is certainly a terrible issue, although I'm not able to reproduce it yet.

Could you please describe it better - what happens when you click on the paging link? (page 1 is loaded/error message displayed/other)
