Welcome headers question

Is it better to have the welcome headers above or below the google absence adverts?

I tried the new header system and have gone back to the 3.6 version, because of looks and the fact that in my case, the script works.

I know there will be two ways of looking at welcome header placement.

Below the absence code takes people away from seeing them and encourages new members

Above, means more piggy bank clicks and less new members

Any ideas?

I think Welcome Header should be above Adsense. However, I am using the new one which works with Notice manager and i have ads on the rite above though.
