How did you guys get your unregistered notice to look so good? Can you share the code?

How do I change to the text color of the forum headers? Can't seem to find it in stylevars and would like to change it from #ffffff.

We are using default notice templates. We didn't update it at all. Only customizations applied to vBSEO Style are all handled within vBulletin Stylevars.
