Which template and what to edit to add social icons to Quick Reply?

I'd like to add a vertical column of social bookmarks just to the left of the Quick Reply box.

Which template and what should I edit so I can stack these icons in the blue shaded area, just to the left of Quick Reply:



I am running vBulletin 3.8.6 with vBSEO 3.5.2 if matters.
