Reputation in showpost

instead of having to click on the reputation icon it displays the reputation poll above the post heres a picture of what im talking about

i like the idea because alot of people dont know how to add to reputation and this way even noobs could figure out how to add/give negative reputation does any 1 know how i might go to doing this or if this is a hack

Took me forever to figure out how to add rep when it first came out...great idea.
